Richard G. Prebish, II P.A.

Richard was first drawn to the Florida real estate industry by two key influences: his deep appreciation for the Naples lifestyle and an enduring passion for architecture and design. He truly believes Naples represents one of the most exceptional places to live in the world. Its tropical, coastal climate with sugar-white sand beaches, turquoise Gulf waters, and meandering inland waterways creates a lifestyle that seamlessly blends leisure, sophistication, and a rare connection to nature.

Originally from Michigan, Richard performed his Undergraduate and Graduate studies at the University of Michigan. Concentrating in the field of Genetics as well as Occupational and Environmental Epidemiology, he completed his internship at the University of California at San Diego with pioneers in Genetics research and academia.

Soon after completing his Master's degree in 2004, Richard made the move from Michigan to Naples, Florida, an area to which his family had traveled for three generations, and entered the real estate profession. In very short order, he and Tom Campbell began working collaboratively on a number of important transactions.

His fascination lies in the extraordinary range of residences, estates, and landscapes that define Naples. Each property is a distinctive reflection of design, setting, and lifestyle. Whether it's a grand beachfront estate or an intimate waterfront residence, Richard approaches each property with the eye of someone who truly appreciates architectural excellence.

Richard resides in Port Royal with his wife Stephanie and daughters Maryn and Margaret.
